College life is so fucking stress! It's all about studies, believe it or not, i never feel stress before in my whole entire life, but when i came intp college, so damn fucked up! mass communications is one of the best subject in my college seriously... for me. And all the assignments are all okay at the moment for the 1st sem.Individual assignments due date at week 6 while group assignments is at week 8. Haha, we're the last minute person! Babi betul. People in college called me Desmond, people in hostel called me HongMau because of my hair colour, all thanks to Ooi,Cindy,Moon,Becky,and Ooi Tong. Shit!! Ginger called me Desmond! Can't u guys just follow her ?! June 18th, Ginger organized an event called Colourful Rainbow. I'm asked to put some songs for her dance floor session, and ... grrrrr... I'm sure Ooi u guys know what i mean. And eventually i was in the Audio System room and the lighting ! Not bad u know! Haha. Cindy Gan! I didn't influence you okay! You asked for yourself! Grrr!! No free puffs nxt time. Ish..wasting only..and moon,hows the feel of smoking? Haha.. And of course, not as pro as Ginger !!!! Tried SKL for the first time, its awful and kinda smelly. My favourite Mild Seven Originals, too expensive, so i'm gonna go for LM Menthol nxt time which is also my favourite brand too..

Movie Review : The Sniper

Went for this last Sunday at Cineleisure,Damansara. Ratings? Uhhh... 7/10 - Not really that nice.

Synopsis
Ming (Richie Ren) is renowned as the top shooter in the police force. But behind the legend lies a skeleton in the closet: his former teammate and superb marksman Ching (Huang Xiaoming), who was jailed for accidentally killing a hostage, has just been released. With only vengeance in his mind, Ching determines to take on Ming and the police, believing they are the real culprits for his downfall.[3]
When a high-security prisoner transfer is sabotaged by a mysterious sniper and a major convict has escaped, Ming and his team are dispatched to profile the suspect. O (Edison Chen), the hot-headed rookie on the team, surprises everyone by accurately replicating the suspect’s impossible shots. Ming sees the potential in this youngster and decides to take him under his wing. Yet when O becomes fascinated by Ching and determines to top his shooting skills, he might become another wild card on the loose.
Meanwhile, Ching continues his plan with the largest heist ever in the city. Believing that Ming had withheld key evidence that could free him, Ching decides to lure his target in by holding Ming’s daughter as hostage and re-enacting that fateful day. It is the ultimate showdown amongst three expert snipers in the Hong Kong cityscape…[3]

Production
Principal photography commenced in August 2007 with a budget at HK$30 million.[2] The Sniper was originally set to be released in May 2008, but was delayed due to the Edison Chen photo scandal.

Release
The first local premiere showing was available at the Hong Kong International Film Festival on 24 March 2009, a year after the scandal.[1] Edison Chen did not appear at the HK premiere due to the death threat letter, but was able to participate in the Singaporean promotions.[4][5]
Prior to the promotion of the film in Singapore, fellow actor Richie Ren was asked by the media as to whether he believed that the rumor of Chen wanting to commit suicide was true.[6] He said he did not believe it, and that if he was to do it, he would have done it earlier. Ren also said it did not fit Chen's personality to kill himself, and that him getting shot is more believable.[6] Regarding the death threat, Ren said this is the second time he has been to a film promotion where reality closely resembles a film. While he was at a Taiwanese promotion for the film Breaking News, a real cops-and-robber shootout had occured and was broadcasted live.[7] Anthony Wong also responded to the media, saying that it was pointless for Chen to wear a bullet proof vest during the promotions as they can just aim for the head.[8]
